Institutional Print Programmes
Institutions rarely print one thing. Prospectuses, reports, proceedings, certificates and departmental volumes all recur, usually handled separately and priced differently each time. A programme puts them on one specification and one rate basis for the year.

Questions
Questions we are asked
- Are we committed to a volume?
- No. The programme fixes the specification and the rate basis, not a quantity. You order what you actually need against it.
- Can departments still order separately?
- They can, and they usually do. The programme gives them a specification and a rate to order against, rather than each department negotiating its own.
