This site has one form. This page says exactly what that form collects, why, and what happens to it afterwards.
What the form collects
Every field the request writes, and the reason it is there.
| Name | So a quote can be addressed to a person |
|---|---|
| Organisation | To price against the right kind of buyer |
| The only channel used to send the quote | |
| Capability | To route the request to the right estimator |
| Quantity, extent, trim size | The figures a price is calculated from |
| Required by | To check the schedule before committing |
| Notes | Whatever else you tell us, kept as written |
| Referring page | Which capability page the request came from |
| Browser identification | Kept for triage when a submission arrives malformed |
How it is handled
| Where it is held | A database this company operates on infrastructure it controls |
|---|---|
| Who reads it | The estimator and the person who answers correspondence |
| Third parties | None, apart from the Cloudflare security check below |
| Marketing | None. An address given for a quote is used for that quote |
| Retention | While the job may still happen, then as part of the commercial record |
| Removal | On request, from the address that submitted it |
The security check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It runs in your browser and sends a token to Cloudflare for verification, along with your IP address.
We receive only the pass or fail result. Cloudflare's handling of that check is governed by its own terms, and it is the only third-party service involved in the form.
To ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be deleted, write to [email protected] from the address you used. We will do it and confirm in writing.
